In 1984, Nathong restaurant was opened in Bangkok, Thailand in a famous entertainment and business district called Ratchada. For over 30 years, Nathong has been offering traditional Thai food to local people. In the winter of 2012, the restaurant decided to expand to the UK to present the exotic taste of Thai food to the world. Hence, we named our London restaurant ‘Krua by Nathong.’ ‘Krua’ means ‘Kitchen’ in Thai chosen in order to reflect our passion and determination to serve what Thai people really dine on.
